Our quarterly business tracking service is designed to help you monitor your business's performance and give you the power to make more informed decisions about how you can best run your practice.
Every 3 months, we will:

Review your quarterly financials and provide simple comparisons against the same quarter over several years.

Provide a trend analysis of the previous 12 quarters of your income, expenses and profit.

Review your budget and financial goals for the quarter.

Review your Key Performance Indicators for your business for the quarter and provide simple comparisons against the same quarter over several years. These KPIs include billings, patient numbers, sessions, unused capacity and waiting times.
